Hamburger SV is one of the largest clubs in Germany. In the New sticker on T-Online you will find all the important messages about the “red pants”.

A 27-year-old HSV fan was attacked at Union Berlin before the away game on Sunday. Several people from a group of home fans had attacked the man at an S-Bahn station, the federal police said on Monday. Read more about this here.

The HSV does not have to do without Fabio Vieira in the long term. As “Mopo” and “Abendblatt” report, the Portuguese did not seriously injure the knee as feared. Vieira was examined in the UKE on Monday, where the doctors gave the all -clear. The 25-year-old will still be missing from the HSV because of his dismissal at least in the home game against the 1st FSV Mainz 05 on Sunday (5.30 p.m.).

Fabio Vieira saw the red card at 0-0 of the HSV at Union Berlin at 0-0 at the HSV at Union – and may seriously injure his knee. There was no diagnosis after the game, but there is a risk of a longer failure than the lock.

HSV coach Merlin Polzin made it clear after the game: In his view, more than the minimum penalty of a game lock would not be justifiable. “I firmly assume that the dynamics of the scene will of course be rated again, that you can see how Fabio pulls back, that he does not hit the opponent on the head,” said Polzin after the excitement in the long stoppage time.

Referee Deniz Aytekin had rated Viyras as a coarse foul with a stretched leg – but afterwards it no longer seemed fully convinced: “But I don’t think anything has happened great. We write it in how it was, and then the sports court does what it does,” said the referee at DAZN.

Hamburger SV narrowly missed the first away win in the Bundesliga – despite a strong performance at Union Berlin. At 0-0 in Köpenick, the first half convinced, in the end only the effectiveness was missing.

Nicolai Remberg said at DAZN: “I’ve never seen such a first half of us. That was great.” Nevertheless, the midfielder was not completely satisfied with the result: “One point is okay, but a little too little, especially after the first half.”

Union coach Steffen Baumgart, until last season coach at HSV, had to follow the game from a container next to the grandstand. He was closed after a red card. His current club had a hard time – and was unlucky that an early penalty by Andrej Ilic (10th) by Daniel Heuer Fernandes was heavily parried.
