They were happy with their move, but a lot had to be done in the apartment of Fred and Nettie Klomp. “My wife and I recently moved from a single -family home to this apartment,” says Fred. “It was quite a dated house: everywhere was floor covering, the toilet was old and the kitchen was no longer up-to-date. “

A good feeling
Fred: “We looked around in the area and soon came to Grando. You want to weigh your options, so we initially searched through. But the feeling of Grando stuck: that was just so good. We were received very friendly and helped without obligation.”
Nice contact
“We first looked around in the store with the two of us. When we saw the beautiful kitchens we were convinced. Then Rutger joined,” says Fred. Rutger, owner of Grando Hazerswoude-Dorp, helped the couple with great enthusiasm. With him they kept the entire process contact.
“It was very nice that Rutger made the drawing for us. This way we got a good idea of what the kitchen came to look like and we really felt that the kitchen would suit us.”

Rest during the process
A big advantage for the couple was the complete service of Grando. A lot had to be done in their new apartment. Both the floor, kitchen and the toilet had to be renewed. “That was all possible at Grando. We didn’t have to call in any other services at all. That saves so much hassle!” tells Fred. “It gave a lot of peace to always have contact with the same person.”
The wishes of the couple were fairly simple. “We wanted to transfer to electric cooking. That takes some getting used to if you have always cooked on gas but really worth it. Furthermore, we were mainly looking for a kitchen that fits nicely in the compact space. Rutger advised us very personally, so the picture is now completely correct.”
Beautiful end result
Their wishes were completely fulfilled. “Everything was delivered on time,” says Fred. “Usually there is still something missing at a kitchen or is there for whatever reason. There was no question of this at Grando.”
The end result? “Yes, beautiful!” tells Fred Glundering. “The kitchen stands out immediately. We went for moss -green accents. That is slightly different from a standard white kitchen. It is surprising and yet it suits us.”
The kitchen also likes the kitchen in practice. “We love food more than cooking,” says Fred Laughing. “But in the end you spend a lot of time in the kitchen. That is why it is nice that it has become a practical and beautiful place.”
