Jeandric P. has to go to jail for fourteen months, six of which are conditional. According to the judge, he is guilty of filming a woman and a girl (9) from Ukraine in the shower. This happened two years ago in their reception location on the Ringbaan-West in Tilburg. P. (25) penetrated that shelter and put his phone in the shower wall and filmed the one who stood there.
He was a meal deliverer in April 2023 and regularly had to go to the daycare for Ukrainians in the former GGD building on the Ringbaan-West in Tilburg. When he was allowed to pee inside, he saw the showers for the women. He slipped into one of the boxes, filmed a woman from below and ran off again.
Girl started screaming hard
Five days later he returned and filmed a 9 -year -old girl who was showering. The child saw an arm and a hand with a phone coming out in the shower enclosure and started screaming.
P. left, but he was recognized and arrested a few days later. In the trash of his Samsung, the police found the shower films and that means that P. also had a complaint of child pornography on his pants. The police also found a firearm, including patterns in his house.
Nine -page criminal record
What is also charged for him is that at the age of 25 P. has a criminal record of nine pages full of abuse, sex offenses and traffic violations. And for an attempted manslaughter, he still has a six -month prison sentence open. It comes on top of the punishment of fourteen months imposed on him by the judge on Thursday.
As a special condition, P. must be guided by a coach from the judge. It must also be checked whether he is not looking for child pornography. With this mandatory guidance and checks, it must be prevented that his criminal record becomes even longer.
