Kim Jong-un is open to conversations with Trump if the US drops the requirement for denuclearization

The North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said in a speech that he is open to conversations with Trump, provided that the US drops the requirement for denuclearization. He does emphasize that he will never give up his nuclear weapons during negotiations. Kim says he has “still good memories” of Trump, with whom he spoke three times during his first term of office.
