Sickness absence teachers rose again: ‘Education is champion burn-outs’

She has been tubing with her body for a while, but indestructibly positive when Tineke de Nooij (84) is, she doesn’t just let herself park behind the Geraniums. The first female DJ in the Netherlands, who braved the turbulent bars of the North Sea at the start of her career on the Veronica ship, received a new hip. “I still have pain in the wound, but that makes sense. In the long term it will pass,” she says happily.
