1.5 million women limited in work through menstruation or transition: ‘Afraid of career opportunities’

Six in ten working women in the Netherlands feel limited in the work due to complaints about menstruation or transition. They are less productive or cannot deliver the quality they want. They are also afraid that these complaints will eventually harm their career. Talking about it helps, but many employees don’t dare.
