The most attentive fans of the supermodel noted that since last June his Instagram profile is not updated and now the direct interested party wanted to explain What has happened in these months. “I write this to explain why I disappeared from Instagram and to be honest about what I was going through,” he started Bianca before going into detail immediately and revealing his struggle with depression for the first time.
“What happened in June was noisy, complicated and ordinary at the same time. My eldest daughter, Matilde, turned 18 on June 5. He graduated on June 10 and a week later he moved to New York to be a model. The day after the diploma I flew to Italy with my youngest daughter, mine, imagining a summer in Europe who would have healed the hard winter that I had had: I wanted sun, family, simple joy. Things did not go as she hoped for her.
June was a chaotic month for Alessandro Cutrera, with whom Bianca admitted to having a remote relationshipand also thanks to the commitments of friends between the children and the work, The 41 -year -old found himself on vacation to deal with solitude: “I remember having been to Sardinia and not knowing how to get out of bed. My brain did what happens when it is overloaded: she turned off. My body followed it. I cried, I couldn’t get out of bed, I felt like if they had removed the land from under my feet”.
The support of her boyfriend Alessandro

It was the beloved Alessandro who pushed her to resume contacts with the oncological psychologist who had followed her in the first months of the fight against cancer and slowly Bianca has revised the priorities of his life: “I started the therapy again, weekly. I enrolled in Pilates. I filled the refrigerator of food that would help me feel stable. I rested. I contacted friends. I simplified my life and I gave priority to my health. I also paused the job.
Today, a few months later from that dark period, Bianca is defined as a “work in progress”. “The therapy went well; I have been in remission for months. I have two wonderful daughters, an always present companion, friends who are like a family, a house full of small kindness. I am grateful. But gratitude does not erase the depression. The complication. Sometimes it makes it felt embarrassed,” concluded the supermodel who, on the occasion, announced that he wants to continue to continue to continue to keep away from Instagram for some time.
