Three lower buildings
The new and umpteenth plan is based on at least eighty social rental homes, spread over three (lower) buildings. A lower tower is also another possibility. “Low -rise buildings look more friendly,” says Van der Windt.
It is something that the neighborhood might live with, but not yet politics. “Irresponsible, filthy politics,” said Marielys Roos van Hart voor Bloemendaal. Her match came up with the idea for the residential tower. “A council decision has already been taken. This is not possible at all.”
