In Oudeschild, parking spaces, roads, benches, kiosks and bicycle parking facilities flocked. The water reached at some locations to houses, hotels and restaurants.
Earlier in the evening yesterday, the fire brigade had to switch off for storm damage in Den Burg. There, part of a tree fell over a footpath and part of a roadway.
