Actor Jasper Pääkkönen’s Country Contest Source & Co Oy may have severe problems if the judgment of the Court of Appeal remains in force.
Source & Co Oy defeated for the third year in a row. The company made a loss of EUR 63,500 in the last financial year. The loss of the previous 16 months in the long term was EUR 307,000 and the previous year’s loss of EUR 3,600.
The cashier fade up
In a few years, the company’s cash reserves dwindled from EUR 714,000 to EUR 101,000.

Rajala notes that the company’s balance sheet has a balance sheet value of EUR 500,000 in shares that may be paid by Pääkkönen.
The company’s balance sheet still looks strong. At the end of the financial year, EUR 940,000 was not equipped with equity and the company has no interest -bearing debt.
The Court of Appeal ordered the source & CO Oy paid Pääkkönen EUR 300,000 in compensation with interest rates under the Interest Act, as well as legal costs. Pääkkönen immediately put the debt under the Court of Appeal’s decision on June 19th. to be recovered through a bailout. However, the Supreme Court ordered 28.7. There is no implementation of the judgment of the Helsinki Court of Appeal so far.
The company submitted the appeal to the Supreme Court by the deadline in August. In its appeal, the company is calling for the appeal to the Court of Appeal’s judgment.
Repair plan
The company has sought to remedy its direction, which is reflected in the financial statements.
