The 22-year-old man from Emmen, who, according to the Public Prosecution Service (OM) 29 May, has shot in the Wilde road in the Tammingecamp in Emmen, is not yet allowed to go home. The man will remain stuck for the next three months.

The judge decided that during the first introductory session in his case in Assen. The Emmenaar denies. He has also been silent with the police so far.

During the shooting incident in the early evening in the Angelslo district, a car was shot. The bullets also ended up in the facade of a home. The resident was in the living room at that time.

Nobody was injured, but that could have ended differently. That is why the Public Prosecution Service blames the suspect attempt to manslaughter. Immediately after the incident, the police picked up three suspects. In addition to these twenties, a 31-year-old Emmenaar and a 34-year-old man from Coevorden are the suspect. The thirties from Emmen pointed to the twenties as the shooter.

The 31-year-old man from Emmen had to appear before the court in Assen on 26 August for an introductory session. He has been found a weapon and is suspected of forbidden possession of weapons. This suspect also stays stuck for longer, also because of his criminal record. The suspect from Coevorden is now running freely again.

The next session is on November 20. Even then the case is not yet being dealt with in terms of content.
