Nizar Trabelsi: Council for Aliens Disputes suspends new order to leave territory

The Council for Aliens Disputes (RVV) today has a judgment in which it suspended the new command to leave the territory that the Immigration Office against Nizar Trabelsi had issued. The man’s lawyers report this. The same council had already withdrew a first such order in an earlier judgment, of August 22, but the DVZ had issued a new order a few days later, on 25 August.
