Today New York commemorates the victims of the attacks on September 11, 2001. At the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in Manhattan, roses were laid on the South Pool during a ceremony, as a tribute to the nearly 3,000 victims who fell at the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, the building of the Ministry of Defense
