The chance is real that the 5 million liters cape will be in sight. That would mean a new record for Belgian viticulture.”
The competition for best Belgian wine has been organized since 2005. The assessment is done in “an objective and professional way” and so it is “a recognizable quality label” for the consumer, the sommeliers believe.
