Because of his freak out after the lost Leagues Cup final against the Seattle Sounders (0: 3), Luis Suárez was blocked by Major League Soccer (MLS) for three games.

This was announced by the MLS. Lionel Messi’s teammate at Inter Miami had spat on an opposing official, but he had already been occupied with a lock of six games from the League Cup.

Suárez is therefore missing in the MLS games at FC Charlotte (September 13), against the Sounders (September 16) and against DC United (September 20). On the side, Seattles staff member Steven Lenhart was removed from the accreditation for the current season. He can only stay in the stands in the stadium.
