In the Kop-Staart judgment, the Court of Appeal indicates to destroy the judgment of the preliminary relief judge of the Central Netherlands court, to suspend the decision of the KNVB’s license and professional committee and to oblige the KNVB to return Vitesse to the Kitchen Champion Division until there is a definitive judgment.
In a statement, Vitesse states: ,, The club has worked intensively in recent months on recovery and future -proofing. A new, independent Supervisory Board is now being appointed as quickly as possible and Vitesse intends to adjust its articles of association as quickly as possible in line with the new redevelopment plan. It will also be focused on completing the investigation into its intended shareholders by an external party, compliactity. ”
