On Monday, Real Betis Sevilla made Brazilian Antony one of the most expensive transfers on the Deadline Day. The 25 -year -old winger now confirmed that shortly before the window was closed, he also received a lucrative offer from FC Bayern Munich – and at the same time explained why he had to reject it.
According to Spanish media reports, the attacker on Säbener Straße could have earned more than twice, there is talk of an annual salary of 7 million euros. In addition, Bavaria in Manchester had given a replacement offer of 30 million euros, significantly more than the sum for which Seville was awarded the contract. “What happened will shape my life. It was very emotional and I have never experienced anything like this,” Antony announced with a view to his change.
