Eintracht Braunschweig apparently uses the second division competition. Florian Flick should come. A defender, on the other hand, will probably return the BTSV.
The last transfers must be in dry cloths by 8 p.m. this Monday. Then the ongoing change period ends in Germany. At Eintracht Braunschweig there is still a little movement on the home stretch of the transfer period. According to reports from “Sky” and the “Braunschweiger Zeitung”, Florian Flick is intended to strengthen the defensive midfield of Eintracht.
Accordingly, the tendency of the 25-year-old is strongly towards a change. According to “Sky”, Flick is allowed to leave his current club 1. FC Nürnberg. The clubs are currently clarifying the last modalities.
Flick was trained by Waldhof Mannheim in the youth and moved to the reserve of FC Schalke 04 in the summer of 2020. In January 2023, 1. FC Nürnberg secured the services of the defensive player, which can also be used in the central defense. After he first ran on a loan at the FCN, the “club” committed him half a year later.
He played a total of 68 competitive games for Nuremberg (three goals, one template). Already over the past season, Flick only played a subordinate role and came almost exclusively on short missions from the winter break. In the current season, he even remained completely without use. Flick’s contract in Nuremberg actually runs until 2026. Its market value is estimated by the data portal “Transfermarkt.de” to 800,000 euros.
The Eintracht is also happening on the delivery side. Offensive player Walid Ould-Chikh is moving back home. He joins the Dutch club Heracles Almelo with a loan option, as the club announced on Monday morning. At Eintracht, he had not been able to assert himself sustainably since his change from FC Volendam last summer.
Marvin Rittmüller could also leave the association surprisingly. After the signs of the full -back had recently indicated to remain, the “Braunschweiger Zeitung” now reports from an upcoming transfer to third division 1860 Munich. Rittmüller has enormous competition on the right rail in Fabio Kaufmann, Mehmet Aydin and Sanouse Ba and had a difficult time under the new coach Heiner Backhaus – he came over just two minutes. The 26-year-old moved from 1st FC Heidenheim to Braunschweig in 2023 and was used in 52 competitive games.
