      Hülkenberg far behind

Nico Hülkenberg has been said to have an uncanny qualifying strength in the past, but with which the German seems to be able to perform especially in the races. For the fifth time in a row, Nico Hülkenberg lost to his teammate Gabriel Bortoleto on Saturday. While there is only 17th place for Hülkenberg, the rookie managed 13th place. But overall, too, the clean on the route in Zandvoort does not seem to be able to get involved in the middle of the field. There the top dogs are called Williams and Aston Martin.

      Studies announced

Even before the start of the race, the race management announced several studies for the Grand Prix. Carlos Sainz, Nico Hülkenberg, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris are under observation because they are not said to have met the prescribed delta period. In such cases, however, no penalties are usually imposed, since the teams can generally have valid reasons for the slower rounds. In addition, it is also investigated against Lewis Hamilton: at his sighting round at the pit entrance, he is said to have disregarded a yellow flag.

      What works with Verstappen?

Max Verstappen seemed to be at the home race with the Red Bull in the middle of nowhere, but was able to fight back strongly for qualifying and won the exchange of blows for third place, even if McLaren was miles away. Now it will be exciting what the Dutch can do in the race. Did he manage to annoy the McLaren or at least to secure the podium? From behind Isack Hadjar lurked, who surprised fourth in qualifying, and George Russell. Ferrari put his drivers six and seven. Liam Lawson, Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso complete the top ten of the starting line -up.

World Cup rivals share the first row

Oscar Piatri and Lando Norris have only nine points apart in the World Cup. Today there should be the next gripping exchange of blows of the two McLaren pilots. After Norris had previously won all sessions, Piatri struck back in the Q3 and secured the poles with a wafer -thin 0.012 second lead. In the race, it will now be crucial who catches the better start and how McLaren handles the strategy. In Hungary it was the clever box tactic that ultimately brought Norris the victory. The question remains open: Do both drivers have a free hand again or does the team provide a uniform strategy this time?
