A boy was arrested on Saturday after there was an explosion with fireworks around 4.30 pm in the Piet Heinstraat in Tilburg. The explosion was at a childcare center with toddler care and primary school in the street. But according to a police spokesperson, the fireworks were not deliberately set off at the center.
