As a funeral director I sat at home at a table with a Vietnamese family where someone had died. Only one family member spoke a little Dutch. It was a cacophony of talking Vietnamese family members. Suddenly it fell silent and the only Dutch -speaking family member said to me: “Isn’t that so Jos?”
