Next week the starting signal for the ‘Fashion Month’ – and away from the four classic fashion metropolises Paris, London, New York and Milan. Zurich, more precisely the fashion Suisse, is one of the first events of the month full of fashion weeks and puts the Swiss fashion scene in the spotlight.

In addition to already established names such as Danz and Anastasia Bull, the “Friends” as well as fashion schools such as the Geneva University of Art and Design, fashion Suisse is again offering a platform for young fashion talent this year, which is presented for the first time in the largest city in Switzerland. Fashionunited has four newcomers: Inside, which not only share their debut at fashion Suisse, but also a focus on sustainability and a love of colors.

The Geneva Fashion and Textile Design Studio Lundi Piscine combines sustainable, ethical and manual values ​​in its collections. The studio was founded by the designer Lucie Guiragossian, who completed her textile design at the École National Supérieure of the Beaux-Arts de Lyon and her fashion design at the Geneva University of Art and Design (Head).

Inspired by work clothes and uniforms, designer Lucie Guiragossian produces gender -neutral, seasonally independent pieces, optionally in limited series or as individual pieces. All materials come from local sources, are upgraded and sieve printed by hand. The label does not shy away from strong colors or striking prints and always provides its creations with a pinch of humor.

A special feature of the current collection is the cooperation with the Geneva aid organization Le Vestiaire Social, which distributes clothing to the needy free of charge. For the cooperation, the organization of the designer of Swiss civil uniforms from the 1980s made it available, which receive a new life in a circular, social and local approach. A share of the organization flows for each sold to finance underwear and sun protection for children. In addition to upcycling and screen printing, Lundi Piscine regularly works with partners: inside from gastronomy, art, architecture and education to develop unique textiles.

Anna Nia Studio

Anna Nia Studio is a Swiss fashion and design label, which was founded in 2014 by the designer of the same name. After stations in costume design for film and television as well as the Zurich label en soie, Nia started her own label with a shop in the old town of Zurich. Today she works from her studio and sells her collections through pop-up events, selected cooperations and the online shop. The label continues to be managed as a one-Woman company and develops organically.

Anna Nia Studio attaches importance to sustainability and material awareness. Fabrics are hand -painted, up -cycled or removed from remains of earlier collections. In addition to clothing, the portfolio also includes jewelry, accessories and residential objects, all of which are developed in the studio. The philosophy of the label is based on consciously using existing resources.

For fashion Suisse & Friends 2025, the focus is on the “Flow Print” manual, a fabric in which color and shape are created by intuitive gestures. Simple cuts and high -quality materials form a reserved frame, while natural colors are reminiscent of the English landscape. The collection combines simple elegance with manual design and reflects the sustainable alignment of the label.

Lora Sonney is a designer who is characterized by her experimental approach to materials. After her master’s degree at the Haute École d’Art et de Design (Head) in Geneva, she gained experience with luxury labels such as Marine Serre, Celine and the Swiss embroidery house Jakob Schlaepfer before becoming 2022 finalist at the Hyères International Fashion Festival. In 2023 she presented a capsule collection with the Couture Haus Az Factory during the Paris Haute Couture Week.

Inspired by the Jura forest landscapes in which it grew up, Sonney develops clothing and accessories with flowing silhouettes, optimistic colors and innovative materials that transform everyday objects into recognizable designs.

Tatjana Haupt is a multidisciplinary artist and knitting designer who works between the border triangle and Paris. In 2024 she founded her label Tati and reached for her family history – her grandfather once had a knitting factory in the Allgäu, which had to close 20 years ago. Tatjana combines knitting techniques, textures, colors and prints to portable collages that move between art, fashion and political statements.
