The Kazakh football champion FK Cairat and the Cypriot Champion FC Paphos have qualified for the Champions League for the first time.
After a 0-0 in the first leg, Cairat prevailed 3-2 against the traditional Scottish Club Celtic Glasgow after 120 goalless minutes. Paphos was enough for a 1-1 (0: 0) against Red Star Belgrade in his own stadium, the cypri won the Cyprus in Serbia’s capital 2-1.
