The proverbial paranoia of Javier Milei – which we speak days ago in this column – for the first time seems to be justified. The Audios of Diego Spagnuolo, the former head of the National Disability Agency (Andis) that revealed an illegal collection system that reported, according to its calculation, up to 800 thousand dollars per month to the presidential sister, Karina, represent a terrible blow to the government. And the president still does not know where he came from. He does not know who fit the recordings. And he does not attain anything in public, as if he had been “Grogui.”
Where did the coup come from? It is the question that the Milei brothers are asked, which at this point distrust everyone and unleashed a true witch hunt in the government.
The first hypothesis, of manual, is for the consumption of the “gilada” and points without much originality to Vice President Victoria Villarruel, declared enemy of the libertarian leader. According to that look, Villarruel would be behind the filtration for his knowledge in espionage. One of his advisors of extreme confidence is Claudio Gallardo, the former chief of intelligence of General César Milani in the army. That type of expertise is needed to record someone like spagnuolo without realizing and then spreading the material. However, the most disturbing hypothesis about who leaked the audios is the one that points against the president’s star advisor, Santiago Caputo, today faced with Karina in the internal savage of the so -called iron triangle. Caputo not only handles the Secretariat of Intelligence through his ally Sergio Neiffert, but also has contact with numerous journalists because he controls the official government advertising. Among those communicators close to the advisor is Alejandro Fantino, who a year ago interviewed Spagnuolo in his Streaming Neura program. It was a quite curious interview that was preceded by a long off the record between the driver and his guest. The recordings, it is known, date from the same era. Did they recorded it to Spagnuolo, before airing?
