A well -known actor’s husband died early this year.

Actor Aubrey Plazan, 41, husband film director and screenwriter Jeff Bena, 47, died in January. Bena committed suicide in a couple of home in Los Angeles.
Now nearly 8 months after the incident, Plaza spoke publicly at Amy Poohler’s podcast. Plaza comments briefly on her husband’s departure just after Baena’s death, but this is the first time she gives an interview on the subject.
The grief work continues
Plaza says he is right at the moment. He can act in everyday life and be present in reality.
– I feel grateful that I can be in this world. However, I fight daily, of course, Plaza said.
Plaza describes the grief as “a gigantic ocean of terrible horrible”.
– Sometimes I just want to dive there and deal with it. Sometimes I just look a little, sometimes I want to escape it. However, it is always present, Plaza says.
Plaza compared to the sadness of his life The Gorge into the scene where the character is between two tongues and on both sides of the monsters. Plaza feels that his grief work is similar.
Plaza and Bena were married. They married in 2021. The couple resigned in September 2024, but their divorce was not completed until the end.
Plaza is remembered, among other things, for series The White Lotus and Park.
