Veeti Viljamaa and Aleksi Hänninen achieved silver in the Under-20 Beach Volley European Championship. Veeti Viljamaa and Aleksi Hänninen’s EM silver medal is the first medal for Finnish boys in 20 years and in the second of the sport. The Viljamaa -Hänninen duo lost only two games in the tournament: the opening match and the final. Both were met by the same Danish pair Andreas Brinck -Villads Napier.
