Eating
The summer table is rich in seasonal fruit and vegetables which has higher concentrations of vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemical compounds.
Physical activity
Training in natural environments improves mood, promotes relaxation, reduces cortisol levels and stimulates physiological recovery.
Have good social relationships
Sociality is a key factor for psychophysical health: those who maintain regular relationships reduces the risk of mild cognitive decline, dementia and mortality.
Sleep well
Exposing yourself to sunlight, especially in the morning, promotes natural realignment, promoting faster sleep and deepest sleep.
