If dipping does not work, you will see the video too from this link.
Valtonen says that the poetry means that it does not rain. Pouta does not comment on how cloudy it is.
– Pouta can be in cloudy weather and sunny weather. Sometimes you may emphasize cloudiness and say “clouds”.
Sunny weather, on the other hand, means that there may be a little cloud in the sky, but the sun is shining. However, there is no strict definition for meteorology. Valtonen wonders if the day can be called sun if it rains in between.
In the comments of the publication, many thank Valto for a good explanation.
– I’ve always understood it just that the weather is a cloudy day but it doesn’t rain, and a sunny day is sunshine without clouds. It is not easy, a user comments.
– Thank you for clarifying that story, I’ve sometimes pondered it.
– I always thought that Pouta means sunny weather.
