RTL Boulevard responds to the revelations of Juice Channel about the alleged abuses at the show section on RTL 4. The program has depilated the channel. “Bom is cracked.”
It rumbles at RTL. It started with rumors of Victor Vlam about extreme horrorstress on the RTL news editors and the turnout of ambulances to help stressed employees. RTL has now confirmed the stressful situation in the workplace, but they do not want to confirm the turnout of three ambulances. But not denying either.

Two things have now been added: the Juicekanaal Juice Channel reported on Monday evening that people would also be completely off the path at the editors of RTL Boulevard and that Gijs Rademaker has been overworked for weeks. The Juicekanaal continues: “These are signals that we often hear from organizations where the pressure to ‘supply’ seems to be heavier than the well-being of employees. In this specific case, this ultimately led to a burnout, psychological complaints and a premature departure from the company. And all this during a vulnerable phase of recovery.”
Corporate culture
RTL Boulevard eagerly reports about other media that go wrong, but according to Juice Channel it is also time here for a hand in his own bosom. “We don’t want to blacken individuals with this, but it does raise questions about the corporate culture.”
The channel continues: “If employees do not feel structurally safe to report sick or to set their limits, there is still a healthy working environment? We continue to receive and continue to listen to these types of signals.”
