Second division Prussia Münster has terminated midfielder Marc Lorenz without notice and also filed a complaint against the ex-captain.
The club announced this on Tuesday evening. The background is concrete indications of irregularities related to donations. Until the end of the ongoing investigations, the association will not make any further statements on the process.

Born in Münster, Lorenz, already played for Münster in the youth. The 37-year-old was active for Prussia professionals from 2009 to 2011 and since 2022. Lorenz ran in 30 second division games for Münster in the previous season.
