Team sports equipment Jako AG is based on professional footballers as a figurehead with its new project “Jako Athlete Club”-and presented the first four commitments from the second and third Bundesliga on Thursday. Accordingly, the company will work with Moritz Kwarteng (VfL Bochum), Lukas Boeder (Dynamo Dresden), Dominik Martinovic (Rot-Weiß Essen) and Dennis Chessa (SSV Ulm 1846).
Tobias Röschl, who is responsible for the Jako board for the marketing & sales department, explains the initiative: “With the Jako Athlete Club, we create a platform to show our brand values directly on the field-through active professionals that fit us, our philosophy life and part of the Jako family,” he said in a statement. “We are very pleased that we were able to win four strong personalities for our brand with Momo, Dominik, Lukas and Dennis. The club should now continue to grow step by step.”
As part of the project, the four professionals are completely equipped by Jako and also participate in the “further development of products”. In addition, they are “as an authentic brand representative in campaigns and social media,” said the company.
