AS Monacos Maghnes Akliouche has been a desired transfer for the offensive outer lane at Bayer Leverkusen for weeks. But because the negotiations are going, a teammate of the right wing could come as an alternative to the Werkelf. As “Monaco Matin” first reported and later the “kicker”, Elise Ben Seghir has come into the focus of the German runner -up.

Accordingly, Bayer 04 has already made an offer for the 20 -year -old left wing. This should amount to 25 million euros and is therefore in the area of its market value of EUR 28 million. Ben Seghir’s contract for the Monegassen runs until 2027. The Moroccan is supposed to flirt with a transfer, as his relationship with coach Adi Hütter is not the best and this could be reflected in his season. At the start of the new Ligue 1 season, it was substituted for just under half an hour.
But as with Akliouche, hard negotiations should also follow with Ben Seghir. Since General Director Thiago Scuro has already emphasized several times to want to keep the left wing in the club while the player has signaled the bosses that he wanted to leave the principality during this transfer period. Ben Seghir came to Monaco five years ago, his debut for the professionals in 2022. Since then, 83 games with 15 goals and eight templates have followed.
Accordingly, Monaco, if at all, would be ready to talk about from a total of 40 million euros – that would be a club record for Leverkusen. But still “cheaper” than Akliouche: For the 23-year-old, Monaco should demand at least 60 million euros. So far, the Rhinelanders spent a good 116 million euros on newcomers and thus much less than the income of EUR 208.5 million. A transfer of Ben Seghir would also open the door to an exit from Amine Adli, which would like to move on to the AFC Bournemouth.
