Alexander Schwolow also has a past in Freiburg, who, according to the “kicker”, is a candidate at Werder. The 33 -year -old keeper had not extended his contract at Union Berlin after last season and is currently one of the five most valuable Germans without a club. As a replacement for Zetterer, Schwolow would not move up to the new number one, but would have to take a seat behind the Bremen own family in Mio Backhaus on the bench. Werder is looking for a full -back: Are Isaac Schmidt and Elias Baum?

On the defensive outer lane, the planning should actually be completed by the upcoming transfer of Isaac Schmidt.
