Newspaper companies have been inundated in the past six months by complaints about the newspaper that was not delivered on time, incorrectly or not at all. The cause is a huge shortage of newspaper deliverers and the solution is not simple. Publisher DPG Media (among others AD† de Volkskrant) will take a number of measures from April.
