In a tunnel at the Vredeveldseweg in Assen, a motorcyclist was injured tonight after a chase with the police.
The motorcyclist was hit by the police in the tunnel and fell. The police started the chase because the engine had no license plates and could possibly have been stolen.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital. The police are investigating the tunnel. The engine is removed by the police.
