Blueberry roast is definitely the easiest blueberry treat ever. And it is not after other blueberry desserts in deliciousness.
– It is made so sweet and the crispy crisp on the surface that it tastes like it. But the best thing about it is with ice cream or cold vanilla sauce, a food influencer Mari Moilanen states in his taste.
Moilanen says that the lovely flavor of the apple well known as an apple well is a sweet union of blueberry and cardamom.
Blueberry roast
(For 4 people)
1 l blueberries
1/2 dl of potato flour
2 dl +1/2 dl cane sugar
4 dl oatmeal
75 g butter
1 teaspoon of cardamom
vanilla bar seeds or 1 teaspoon of genuine vanilla
1. Melt the butter. Stir in the oatmeal with two decilitres of cane sugar, cardamom and vanilla. Finally add butter.
2. Pour the blueberries into the baking dish. Add potato flour and half a decilitre of cane sugar. Stir and cover with oats.
3. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
