Céline Ruysschaert is one of the victims. She bought a container unit at Add Home in Waregem. It had to be a speech therapy space. But the delivery was always pushed ahead and in the end Céline does not get a container. She did pay an advance of 21,000 euros and then another 10,000.
“I had contacted the firm in June and said: You had said in August or September. But then they answered: We are going to start production in mid-August. But then I started looking for something because I no longer got an answer to my e-mails. And then they actually turned out to be away from the internet and the socials, they were gone everywhere.”
