The American Coast Guard concludes that the imploding of submarine Titan is mainly due to the non-follow-up of safety, maintenance and test protocols by the OcEngate company involved. The five passengers died when they were on their way two years ago to the Titanic, on the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean.
