Less than two months before his verdict, Sean Combs was again refused to relieve prison against a deposit. Since his arrest in September last year, “Diddy” has been in detention in the Metropolitan Detention Center from New York City. Now his lawyers tried to get the defendant out of $ 50 million (€ 44 million) for a deposit – 60 days before the verdict.

Combs team argued that their client was not a risk of escape and was also not a risk to his environment. Early contestation as a distraction strategy?
