Florian Neuhaus from Borussia Mönchengladbach’s professional squad was banished for four weeks. Now the midfielder is back in training the first team. The Bundesliga club announced this on Monday.

The 28-year-old also emphasized: Borussia Mönchengladbach was and remains his heart’s club. He looks forward to working with the team and thanked the U23 for the support in the past few weeks.
The background to the apology was a video that was said to have been recorded in Mallorca. It first heard a derogatory remark about Virkus, after which Neuhaus called his alleged salary of “four million” euros. The club tour reacted with a six -digit fine and temporarily put the player to the U23.
The decision to return was made after discussions between Neuhaus, the management and the sporting management, the association said. Roland Virkus said: “Flo apologized four weeks ago in an internal conversation – we recognize that he is now making this public.” The matter for the club was done.
