On Friday, thousands of reports were received on interference site Allestoringen.nl from people who had problems with mobile calling, texting and using the internet. Those problems were caused by maintenance work on data centers, where certain updates were not implemented correctly. “Due to the after effects of these problems, in the Gouda region from 9:20, temporarily, certain antenna locations were not available this morning,” says a spokesperson. According to him, the connection was not completely broken because other masts were working in the neighborhood.

Odido says he has around seven million mobile customers.
