Belgium voted against AI Code of Conduct EU, which offers too little certainty about copyright

Belgium voted against the Code of Conduct for AI for general use yesterday/Thursday. This is reported by Minister of Digitization Vanessa Matz (Les Engagés). Especially on the protection of copyrights and the reimbursement for rightholders when their content is used to test AI systems, the code of conduct still shows defects.
