FC Bayern has started the preparation for the new season. The schedule until the first competitive game is tight. T-online explains what it looks like.

Since Wednesday afternoon, the FC Bayern association has been doing the right activity on Säbener Strasse. After the club World Cup and a break of almost three weeks, the professional team of the record champions finally returned from their vacation. At 2.30 p.m., Chef Coach Vincent Kompany Vincent Kompany asked his stars behind closed curtain for the first exercise unit of the new season.

Already on Tuesday, the professionals started preparing for the new season with the mandatory medical examinations. In addition, Manuel Neuer, Harry Kane and also new to the star Luis Díaz found themselves in the Hospital of Barmherzigen Brüder in Neuhausen, where they were checked radiologically and cardiologically.

Lung function tests and blood tests were also carried out. Afterwards there were various stations on Säbener Straße in the areas of endurance, reaction and jumping power for performance diagnostics on the agenda.

Bayern immediately start. The first test game is already on the program in the Allianz Arena against Olympique Lyon. Díaz is supposed to celebrate his debut in the record champions’ jersey. In the preparation for the new season, the Munichers have no more time to lose. The first competitive game at the Franz Beckenbauer supercup against cup winner VfB Stuttgart will start in two weeks.

Until then, there are also two more tests on August 7 in Munich against Tottenham Hotspur (August 7) and five days later the dress rehearsal in Switzerland at Grasshopper Club Zurich.

A week after the Supercup, the Bundesliga start (August 22) follows with the home game against RB Leipzig. One day after the league start, the Bayern -Beim from the Red Eagles Austria fan club compete. The full schedule did not allow any other plans. There was no place to find this year for the traditional training camp on Tegernsee at home.
