New challenges for Palantir share: Is the end of the rally?
Palantir is the clear promoted among AI shares in 2025 and clearly exceeds heavyweights like Nvidia in performance. However, in view of the enormous assessment, several analysts warn for caution. While some consider further course growth to be possible, other signs of overheating already see.
Palantir also faces new challenges. The US Department of Defense and other federal authorities are testing KI models from Microsoft and Openai according to the news portal The Information to evaluate data from analysis applications such as those of Palantir. This development could weaken the Palantir’s negotiating position in relation to important government orders, since authorities could exert pressure and, if necessary, shift data contracts to competitive providers. Analyst Gil Luria from Da Davidson points out in an N-tv report that these tests could unsettle investors, since Palantir’s high evaluation has so far been based on the assumption that the group has hardly any direct competitors. However, it remains to be seen how the Palantir share will continue.
