Several car owners in Assen have become the victims of a burglary during the past nights. The police received 14 returns in a period of 4 days.
In most cases, the car windows were smashed or thrown in the night hours. The loot of the thieves often consisted of the navigation system in the car.
The police received the first burglary reports last Friday. More followed in the three days thereafter. The police have not arrested anyone yet.
