From my role as an consultant in personal strategy and transformation, I observe a growing trend: leaders who invest in developing their emotional intelligence make better decisions, generate stronger cultures and create teams with more autonomy and commitment.
This is not a fashion. It is an evolution. A leadership focused only on numbers is intended to stagnate. A leadership that integrates emotional awareness and strategy is prepared to sustain growth in the long term.
Forming emotionally intelligent leaders is no longer optional. It is a key investment for any company that wants to sustain its competitiveness in a changing environment.
Because at the end of the day, no business strategy works if the people who must execute them are emotionally disconnected.
