The 55-year-old Combs was found guilty earlier this year as a goal of transporting persons with prostitution. He was acquitted of more serious accusations such as extortion, conspiracy and human trafficking.
According to the rapper’s lawyers, the Mann ACT, the law on which Combs condemning is based, does not apply to him. Diddy would not have earned any money from prostitution and also did not have arranged transport itself. Moreover, the rapper would not have participated in sex, but only watched.

Also Deadline has viewed the documents. “If the court refuses to speak to him free of the charges, he at least earns a new process that is only focused on those charges – a new process without freight loads of unacceptable and incentive evidence,” the medium quotes. That would mean, among other things, video images on which Combs would be disregarded by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
Deadline and TMZ Previously reported that US President Donald Trump would consider grabbing to combs. The artist is currently still stuck in anticipation of his sentence, which he will hear on 3 October.
