In the southeast of Germany, three people died in a serious train accident. That reports the German police. Dozens of people were also injured, including at least three serious.
The accident happened in a wooded area in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. The train, which had left around 6.10 pm and transported around a hundred people, derailed. According to German media, there was a landslide, causing debris to the track, the cause of the accident. It had stormed in the area. An official investigation into the accident will follow.

At least two wagons ended up next to the track.
