In Gaza, more than a hundred Palestinians have already died of hunger. People walk back and forth all day, searching for a store or stall where food is still for sale. Or they are sitting at the large water trucks for hours, hoping to be able to take some drinking water to ‘house’. Caroline Willemen (39), who works as a coordinator of Doctors Without Borders in Gaza City, explains how daily life in the Gaza Strip is really. “I’ve never experienced this.”
