The 9-year-old Zayd from Drongen, East Flanders has wakes up from his coma after he almost drowned last Friday in the Blaarmeersen recreation park in Ghent. The boy ended up in the shallow creekenplas under a tilted quickly. His brother could take him out of the water. “He is still in intensive,” says his Mama Nora. “But he has a top team that is ready for him at UZ Gent.”
